Week 1 results

Week 1 
I was really nervous about being able to stay on this plan, but the food is really great and results are great also!

Joan  - Down 5.8 lbs  ( I also walked 21.95 miles this week)
This was from Sundays report (i lost those extra .2 overnight )  

Dan - Down 8.7 lbs

Looking forward to this week!
