Day 47
Dan and I are still doing the fit fresh cuisine meals. In fact we've signed up all the way through mid December. Things are going extremely well. We just had our yearly check-in's at work and I'm down 27 pounds. Fantastic. Still posting photos. Just not as often.

Day 39. Wonderful stuffed pork roast for dinner.
3 great meals today. Yummy yummy.
No walking today. Frustrated I didn't motivate through the cold weather before the rain showed up.
Day 37 & 38
Day 37 – I was at a client site all day so I didn't get to take my meals with me.
Day 38 – breakfast was excellent today granola was delicious. Sandwiches great at lunch. Tonight's pepper jack burger dinner was fantastic loved it loved it loved it.
Day 36. Dang lunch was good!
Once again I missed a meal photo. I've been making up for missed walking at lunch with home dvd's. I think I'm so hungry by that time I get goofy.
Day 34 - Still going strong!
Darn it I forgot to take a photo of dinner last night and it was a good one. Nice piece of Salmon with veggies and brown rice.
Did a kettle bell workout and some yoga last night on top of my run yesterday! :-)
Biggest loser is back on tomorrow night! Cant wait!
Day 32 FitFresh and Devils Lake
Great Hike today with Dan at Devils Lake. We walked up the balanced rock path, down to devils doorway and then back down potholes! Loved it!
Day 22 Dinner
Herbed chicken over roasted squash with glazed carrots and Kale apple salad.
I said to Dan this has a lot of chicken tonight..........I didn't realize I had taken his dinner not mine. DOH. Sorry Dan. So here is a photo of the 1500 to 1700 calorie portion.
