Day 34 - Still going strong!

Darn it I forgot to take a photo of dinner last night and it was a good one.  Nice piece of Salmon with veggies and brown rice.  

Did a kettle bell workout and some yoga last night on top of my run yesterday!  :-)

Biggest loser is back on tomorrow night!    Cant wait!
